A few days ago, I pranced upon this website via a commentor's blog on Xiaxue's blog.
I would love to introduce it to you girls but from what I see, it's only based in Singapore.
Boohoo.
Boohoo.
">Fr3b.com/a>This website distributes free samples(ok, you have to pay for the shipping) when you register as a member and also allows you to review on the product. So without hesitation, I signed on as a member and started picking my first sample, the holy-everyone's-raving-in-Singapore Lioele BB cream.
I heard alot of raves about it.
It's one of the top selling BB creams in Korea too.
BB cream is all in one: Moisturizer + Makeup base + Foundation + Anti-radicals + Soothing essence + healin facial scars/ acne scars which exerts whitening + wrinkle improvement + wrinkle repair + soothing + essence makeup efficacy.
Here is a brief description:
'This makes a clean and natural skin tone by being absorbed into your skin with a soft feel of use. This enables speedy makeup because of not needing to apply makeup base or foundation.

Ingredients such as bisaborol, licorice root acid derivatives, allantoin, etc. soothe your skin and ingredients such as jojoba oil, macadamianut oil, hyaluronic acid derivatives, vegetable collagen, etc. keep your skin wet and smooth. ' - LINK
I tried it on today and I was pretty pleased with the results even though I was pressed for time.
I was out to run a few errands and decided to slap on some on this BB cream sample. I applied it in less than a minute! I had to smooth it out on the car and get the BF to check that there are no streaks of BB cream on my face. lol.
It covers my pores well and gave me a flawless look along with the dewy glow that I absolutely love but the BF claims that it's because my face was oily lah. It has a nice fragrance as well.
The only down point is that:
- It's not superbly easy to glide on. I felt like I was tugging at my skin when I applied it with my fingers. Maybe it will be better if I used a sponge.
- It's sticky! And I really hate products that has a sticky finish. I haven't tried applying loose powder on it because I was in a rush today so maybe that will help.
Look ma, I have no pores! What a flawless finish + that glow.
I had nothing on, not even concealer, just the lioele BB cream.

Rating on overall product: 4/5
Price: 2/5 ($36 SGD is a bit too pricey!)
Pros: You can have flawless skin in one simple step. Imagine the time saved every morning!
Cons: The price is too steep. I hate the sticky finish.
I'm still considering if I should purchase it because I have so many makeup bases already and $36 SGD is a tad too steep for my liking.
I heard there are other websites that ships to other countries as well so maybe you guys can google it and check it out. :)

And here's a quick FOTD before I head to bed!

'You have such healthy long hair. How long did it take you to grow it that long?'
- Alyssa
To Alyssa: Hi! Hmm, I guess it took about 1.5 years for it to grow from shoulder length to waist length.
I started having long hair only when I was 15 years old and since then, I've never gone shorter.
'Welcome back! Wow your hair is so long, I'm envious. I've never had the patience to grow it that long. Anyway, great tips. I should massage my scalp more often like you do. I heard it stimulates hair growth.'
- Psychoexgirlfriend
To Psychoexgirlfriend: Thank You! Quite alot of people mentioned that I looked like a cave woman/Sadako cos of the long hair. T.T I'm glad my tips help in a way or two. :)
'omg your hair is crazy long! But it looks so healthy and your hair care routine is certainly paying off!'
-Audrie
To Audrie: Lol, yes it is crazily long but I'm going for the chop soon! Sometimes I wonder how I manage to keep up with all the necessary steps. Rofl.
'nice tips, your hair is super long *envy*... ive just gone for the chop, im still lamenting my hair before haircut T_T'
- Nic nic
To Nicnic: I'm going for the chop soon! I hope I won't come back in tears.
Poor Nicnic, *pats*. It will all grow back :)
Eat more junk food! I heard it accelerates hair growth. lol.

wow the bb cream looks really good! so you didn't have to apply moisturizer underneath?
btw its funny how your bf termed the dewy look as "oily", haha.
Blu3: Yep, no moisturizer underneath. Just the BB cream. I decided not to get it though. It's too sticky. =/ I prefer lightweight formulas. :)
lol. The BF knows nothing about the 'glow' we are talking about~ He says he doesn't understand why we girls like to look oily. -_-
Hey Ling!
Ah the miraculous BB cream... hehehe. Your skin looks like a baby's bottom! :D
The package is here~~ however it's at the post office, because I'm never home to sign for packages. I didn't have time to pick it up this weekend either... and I'm leaving for work on an airplane again tomorrow morning, sigh. I'm not sure when I can pick it up, but it is definitely here. Thank you! I will do a post once I've gotten it.
Thanks for the review on the BB cream. I have one sitting on my drawer which I haven't even tried out yet... hehe~ :X You reminded me I need to try it out. :)
I don't enjoy cooking. I cook because I have to. I cook only dinners and I try to cook almost every night, but it's not always guaranteed... lol~ :X
Wow, the bb cream sounds awesome! I wonder if I could find it here in Canada.
Hey Ling, thanks for visiting my blog!
It looks like the BB cream does a great job, but sucks that you don't like it. I have some version of Missha BB cream. It doesn't have very good coverage, in my opinion, but it does get rid of redness, so I use it as a makeup base sometimes. I always forget the BB cream also moisturizes, so I always put on moisturizer before. Hopefully I'll remember to not put on moisturizer next time because I also experience the oily look. And about the dewy/oily thing, I also think that my face looks oily when other people consider it dewy, lol! I like a matte face.
And last but not least, I read your post on hair and I wanted to know how come you only put conditioner on the bottom half of your hair. I understand that the bottom half of the hair is older and may need more conditioning, so my question is more of whether it's damaging to condition the top half of my hair, too, because that's what I do!...and my hair grows soooo slow. I'll have to start massaging my hair with a brush. Your hair is soooooo long, but you keep it in such great condition. I could never have hair that long because I couldn't stand the maintenance. Have you ever heard of deep conditioning with mayonnaise and olive oil? I recently dyed my hair and I'm going to try it, hahaha! Sounds so disgusting, but people really say it works! I'll blog about it after I try it.
OMG, such a long comment. This is such a bad habit of mine...I always rant on and on in my comments, hahaha. Sorry!
this BB creams looks really good on you!! definitely some great results there :)
woooww your skin looks so pretty and smooth with the BB cream!
Wow your skin is flawless ;) and i am really envious of your hair!
I am still trying to grow out mine lol
