The hardcore way to removing blackheads

Warning: Massive blackheads invasion!

I've been 'storing' these blackheads for 2 weeks or more because I feel super lazy and also I'm busy with MukoShop.

I haven't done any masks in a month. I guess I should really take good care of my skin like fuz! :D

I don't have flawless skin because of these suckers!
They never go away. Exfoliating my skin doesn't keep them away either.
The only way to clear them is to squeeze those suckers out!

Look at them! They are all popping out of my skin. EWWW.

My 4 steps hardcore way to removing blackheads consists of:

1) Using a nose cleansing strip
2) Steamer
3) Extracting them!
4) Clay mask to clean up the pores~



Always start with short clean nails that are filed so you won't scratch and hurt your skin.

Nose strips is never enough to make my skin clear.
I have tried many brands, like Biore, Kose, some charcoal based or clay based.
But the only brand that works best is SKINLITE!

I got it from SaSa, 3 packs of 6 strips for $10 SGD.


After cleansing my face and making sure its oil free.
I stick this on for about 15-20 minutes.



It doesn't extract and cleans my nose totally.
It cleans up those easy ones but the hardcore ones remains.

Yes, those hundreds on the strip is considered the EASY ones. lol.





After removing the strip off my nose, I proceed to steam my face, focusing on my T zone.

I bought this steamer from Watsons at $16.90 SGD. Good value!

This facial sauna is really good for opening up your pores.
It lets me squeeze the blackheads out with ease.

I let my face steam for 10 minutes and then rush to a place with great and strong lighting to squeeze them out!

After 15 minutes of extracting blackheads, here are the results!


And no, those are not from inside the nostrils although they look alike. Well afterall, they are from the same 'factory'. You know what I mean. lol.

It's actually the accumulation of blackheads!
I hear you go 'EWW;!'

I like to leave them on my hands so I can go disgust my family after that. ;D



After steaming and extracting, its red but it's clean.
Let it rest and give it some time...



And then I proceed to use Clinique's clay mask to make sure my pores are all clean and clogged free!




The end results~
Super clean and shiny nose! Say bye to those blackheads for the time being!

Keegan: Gugu! I got flowers for you! (Gugu : Auntie)
Me: OH Thank You!! Why do you always pluck flowers for me?
Keegan: I know Gugu likes flowers so I will always pluck them for you.

If only the BF is as sweet. He needs to learn from my nephew dammnit.
Yes, flowers wither and die but getting some once in a while is still nice and sweet!
